Department iSC’s QA department is an independent structural subdivision. Our QA team consists of skilled QA engineers and experienced testers involving into the projects on a dedicated or as-needed basis. QA engineers’ allocations largely depend on the project size and complexity. If required, they can be switched from one project to another easily. Such flexibility leads to optimize project efforts and equally the overall project budget as well. The QA team is not accountable to the project manager so their work is free from any pressure from the development team.

Initiation and Planning-The responsible QA person will analyze the project specification, starts test plan elaboration and plan assignment of the QA team members for specific tasks
